SHAFT
We at our place supply Machined Shafts that are expertly designed and machined to carry loads and transmit power to exacting tolerances. The knowledgeable staff of engineers at our place designs our premium custom machined shafts to resist degradation at high temperatures and speeds for machined shafts of superior performance, durability and use in a variety of demanding applications.
We are manufacture of shaft as per customer requirement between 4 mm and 60mm in diameter and 500 mm in length. Different type of shaft can be produced are Steel Shaft, Ground Shaft, Spindle shaft, Gear Cut Shaft and Heat treated Shaft.
PLAIN & TAPER
We are leading Manufacturer of Taper Pins, both plain and threaded, including special taper pins in both inch and metric series.
Plain & threaded tapper pins are used in joints which carry shear loads & where the absence of play is essential. The plain taper pin is usually drilled and secured with wire. The threaded taper pin is used with a taper pin washer & shear nut or self locking nut.
Low Carbon Steel C-12L14 & 303 ss machined to a 63 micro-finish (max.). Standard Threaded Taper Pins have a tolerance of +.0013/-.0007 on the Major Dia. Standard Taper is ¼” per foot or 0.0208” per inch.
Taper Pins are threaded on Large End to allow removal by tightening down nut.

The inserts are available in different finishes like Brass natural, Electro-Tinned and Nickel plating.
